We are having a friendly PTA membership competition this year at Mountain View! Whichever homeroom class has the MOST members join the Mountain View Elementary PTA by August 28 will win an ICE CREAM PARTY! 🎉🍨

Joining the PTA doesn't mean committing to every volunteer event! We just want to give our families an opportunity to stay connected and informed with everything happening at school. ❤️

Please remember that there will be no classes for students this Thursday, Aug. 6, on Election Day. We're proud that many of our schools serve as polling places in our communities, but for logistical and safety reasons, with the number of visitors we'll have on our campuses to vote, there will be no school.

We hope you get out there and vote in your precinct, and we encourage you to take the opportunity to teach your children about this important national tradition.
