🚧 Arch Update 🚧

April 2024: Restoration work began but significant interior deterioration was discovered.

The revised plan required approval from state historical preservation and additional engineering and design updates.

That meant construction couldn’t happen in 2025.

July 2026: the old foundations were removed and crews started pouring new concrete piers and prepping for reassembly.

If all goes to plan, and no major weather events slow us down, we are anticipating a November 2026 completion 🏗.

🚧 Overbrook Update 🚧

The water line portion of the Overbrook Road project is now complete ✅

Curb work continues throughout the project area, and we're on track to begin paving with the goal of finishing before the start of the school year 🛣

Additionally, the water valve project has just been awarded and is expected to begin in early September 🚰

Thank you for your continued patience as we work to improve our infrastructure.

The Village experienced a water main break on Pearl Ave today. Water service is restored and we will clean the street this evening.
