The 2026 JCHS Yearbook, GALLERY, has been awarded the Treering National Grand Prize for Yearbook Design. This means that out of the thousands of schools- large and small- that created yearbooks through our publisher that our book best combined elements of theme, cover artwork, and spread design. Our school will be awarded a free camera and includes and 10 complimentary yearbooks distributed next year.

The JCHS AV Print worked very hard this year and our whole team deserves recognition for this honor. They include Editor-In-Chief Evan Malueg, Wyatt Kwarciany, Hailey Penna, Ava Ryan, Lia Constable, Greta Sixel, Benjamin Wagner, Makayla Flynn, Luke Hartz, Annie Chau, Charlize Sanchez, Kaley Radtke, and Cecilia Micale. Special recognition goes to Junior Editor Sophia Lawrence, who spent many, many hours designing the cover which was singled out as one of the best the judges had seen in years.
