🚨MISSING JUVENILE🚨

We need your help to locate a missing juvenile.

His name is Chris Folger. He is approximately 5ft 7in tall and weighs approximately 138lbs. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen in rural Stanton County at approximately 7:30 AM. He was wearing a two tone peach/pink polo and blue jeans. He was possibly wearing navy blue New Balance shoes or Nike high tops.

Chris' family is very concerned for his safety. If you have any information regarding his whereabouts please call our office at 620-492-6866.

Pioneer Day ATV & Golf Cart Permits

The Johnson City Council has approved the operation of ATVs and golf carts on city streets during Pioneer Day weekend.

Before operating your ATV or golf cart on city streets, you must obtain a permit from the Stanton County Sheriff's Office.

To receive a permit, you must provide:

A valid driver's license
Proof of liability insurance
A permit fee of $20 per machine

Permits are valid July 16, 17, and 18.

All drivers must have a valid driver's license while operating.

We will begin selling permits today to give people ample time before the festivities.

Thank you for helping make Pioneer Day a safe and enjoyable event for our community. Please operate responsibly, obey all traffic laws, and watch for pedestrians and other vehicles.
