This winter 2015 / 2016 is a rip off when paying a company a Season Rate + Anti-Skid Salt mix.
Season goes from Middle of November to middle of April.

If we get 40 snow shovels for tenants that be $21.20 times 40 = $848.00 per winter. We can not do this.
But can due give out 1 small coffee can full of rock salt per month. You need to get the rest you will need.
WE WILL NOT GIVE OUT ROCK SALT WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE +20 AND BELOW! IT WILL NOT WORK!
