Crunch the Shy Dinosaur is eager for kids to read his story along our new indoor reading route. When they finish they get a treat at the desk. (You might even spot Crunch himself somewhere in the library!)

Many thanks to Timmonsville Public Library- Baker Memorial Library for the loan of their portable projector and screen so that we could have our film Friday even though we couldn’t use our meeting room!

One more post today…(Whew, we are finally caught up with all the photos from this week.) Tomorrow is film Friday! We’ll have popcorn and snacks and a drawing for this sweetheart stegosaurus from among our audience. ❤️🦖🎬🍿

These little dinosaurs were stomping, roaring, and snoring (in addition to enjoying bubbles)! We made pop-up hatching dinosaur puppets after storytime was over. ❤️🦖📚

The girls’ team were the overall winners and won free kids’ meal coupons donated by Subway! Everyone got McDonald’s fry or dessert coupons. We're fairly certain a good time was had by all. 😃

Fossils are found in layers of sedimentary rock. As a fun reminder, we made our own layers in sand art. And though the actual colors of dinosaurs are generally unknown, we’ve got great imaginations!

Next week JES 1st and 2nd grade summer campers will be performing an earthworm puppet dance. These worms can really move (with a little help from their friends)! ❤️🪱😃🎶
