We’re excited to introduce Ross as our new Market Development Manager. In his role, he’ll work on behalf of Iowa’s corn farmers across the industry, spanning livestock, international market demand and biofuels. 🌽

Ross grew up on a first-generation family farm in Northwest Illinois, where he saw firsthand how important creating demand is for corn farmers. Before joining Iowa Corn, he built a career in sales with Pioneer and most recently served as Director of Product for a start-up helping ethanol plants qualify for tax credits.

A 2021 Iowa State University graduate and current I-LEAD Class 12 participant, Ross is excited to bring his experience and passion for agriculture to Iowa Corn. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, camping, hiking and cheering on the Cyclones with his wife, Megan, and their one-year-old daughter, Ruth.

"What excites me most about this opportunity is the ability to make an impact for the better on behalf of our farmers," he shared. "Getting to engage with livestock partners, exports and trade policy and biofuels all in the same career path is pretty rare, and I'm incredibly thankful for it."
