A Message from Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Foreman:
"Thank you PTO so much for the shelf and storage tubs. It has made a huge impact with storing and accessing our new math curriculum materials already. I'm sure as time goes on, I will become more efficient in how I am able to use this storage and the children will become more independent and self-sufficient!"

Congrats to Mrs. Marek’s 2nd grade class for bringing in the most change during our Share The Fair coin collection! 🤩
The top 3 classes were:
Marek-$299.49
Peterson-$206.19
Dreeszen-$163.30
In total Horizon raised $2,210.31 that will be turned into certificates for their teachers to spend at the book fair on books for their classrooms!
Many kids are curious what their class raised so we will print out a sheet with totals and put it in the PTO display case next week.

The Share The Fair coin collection is in full swing! Today was quarters and tomorrow is dollars. Teachers get to turn the change into gift certificates to spend at the book fair for their classroom libraries. The class that collects the most wins a treasure chest of fun prizes for their teacher to use as classroom incentives. Ends tomorrow at noon!
