The Johnston Partnership currently supports the Johnston School District community through JUMP (Johnston Youth Mentoring Program) for children in grades 5-12, the Johnston/DMARC Food Pantry which provides food and personal products to families in need and the Clothes Closet which offers gently used clothing items. As we continue to thank our local community gardens, the Johnston School District has several to highlight! The Summit Middle School garden, and Wallace Elementary School Garden have both been generous donors to the food pantry over the years. Between the two schools, students and staff grew and donated over 1,300 lbs of fresh produce in 2025. They also support us in so many other ways. Thank you to Summit and Wallace!
