Highland Community Library Our mission is to empower our community by providing opportunities to connect, discover, and thrive. *Masks are now optional for vaccinated patrons.

We ask that unvaccinated patrons continue to mask up for the safety of our staff and our youngest community members.*

HCL is a member of the Cambria County Library System and offers a wide array of materials and services. Our services include:

The library is open! Due to preparations for Richland Community Days, Schoolhouse Road is partly blocked off, but there is a lane open at the Highfield Avenue intersection to allow cars into the library parking lot.
