VCI is looking for 1 active or reserve service member from the Navy and 1 from the Coast Guard, who would like to participate in the Wreaths Across America ceremony at Grandview Cemetery in Johnstown, PA on December 15th, 2018. These service members will be asked to lay the ceremony wreath for their branch of the service (will take no more than 30 mins for ceremony).
