Raymond Avenue Closure
-Raymond Avenue remains closed from Charlotte Street to North Parish Avenue for the West Parish Alley Project

Clearview Asphalt Patching
-Town crews will be in the Clearview subdivision asphalt patching roadways
-Traffic control will include intermittent day time road closures

Telep Avenue Closure
-Telep Avenue (Weld County Road 15) will be closed in full from Weld County Road 42 to Weld County Road 46 for resurfacing and guardrail installation

Larimer County Road 18 Closure
-Larimer County Road 18 remains closed to thru traffic (local traffic only) east of the intersection of Larimer County Road 3 to Colorado Boulevard for intersection widening.

*New* Bighorn Parkway Closure
-Bighorn Parkway will be closed from Larimer County Road 3E and Doe Ridge Way for utility work associated with The Ridge Development starting September 8, 2026

Rain is nature’s way of watering your lawn. When we receive rainfall, consider skipping your next scheduled watering cycle and letting the rain do the work.
Skipping a sprinkler cycle after rainfall helps conserve water while preventing unnecessary runoff and water waste. Before turning on your sprinklers, check the weather, see how much rain your yard received, and adjust your irrigation as needed. If Mother Nature has provided enough water, let your sprinklers take a break!

Congratulations to our August Business of the Month, Firehouse Subs at Ledge Rock! Firehouse Subs opened in August of last year with the mission to create the absolute best tasting sandwiches and provide hearty and flavorful food for their guests.

Giving back to the community is ingrained into their culture. Besides partnering with first responders, they also strive to partner with local schools, businesses and organizations to support their operations and goals. Additionally, they donate in the form of food items to schools, libraries and non-profit organizations.
