Did you know!!??

Across the US, there are almost 3,000,000 registered non-profit organizations in operation. However, out of that vast number, only about 6.5% of all non-profits operate at scale where they maintain an annual budget of $500,000 or more. In fact, out of that remaining almost 2.8 million organizations, 1.1 million of them operate with a $1500 or less a year annual budget.

Not only do these majority smaller scale operations manage this vast portion of the sector, but these are also some of the most vital, community level, grassroots organizations that our nation has. The true workforce of public service. Working to support their own, target causes dear to them, and work with others face to face to provide relief from the trials they are facing.

Unfortunately though, the business of consulting, supporting, start-up assisting and growing these vital programs has become something synonymous with major costs, and intangibility. Costs far outside that which these organizations are able to afford, and thus are hesitant to pursue the assistance of when they need it, out of the fear of it being out of reach.

JPT Solutions wants to change that for these organizations. For the backbone of our industry working day in and out, many times with volunteered time, to make the world a better and easier place where they can. We want to extend our hands towards these programs to be able to get the support, guidance and help when and if they need it. To help them continue their missions to support. To help them grow and touch more lives. To help us start something driven by a cause that means so much to them, but are not sure where to start. We want to be here to help you regardless of the numbers of your ledger.

As always, JPT Solutions will continue to offer no-charge consultations to any organization, but will also institute a fee-for-service program built on increasing access of help for these agencies, regardless their scale. Not pricing them out and leaving them fearful to pursue it.

If you represent a non-profit of any scale, any budget, and any cause, our company wants to know that we are here for you, and to do so within your means. Truly, whatever they may be. There is no program too small. No cause to specific, and no dream to help others that we are not honored to open our doors to, and help to support the needs that they seek.

I’m proud to announce that as on April 1st, I have completed training and received licensure as a PA Association of Non-Profits Standards of Excellence Licensed Consultant!

The Standards of Excellence is a national program working to support non-profits for their organizations, governance, and overall operations to the reach and maintain the highest levels of fidelity.

Any organizations interested in learning more about Standards, and the continuum of consultant facilitated support and resources they offer, feel free to connect with me, or check out the PANO and Standards of Excellence websites!

I’m truly honored for this new partnership, and to bring membership to the licensed consulting team under my continuum of offered consulting services to assist in bringing these resources and support to the non-profit sector of Pennsylvania!

JPT Solutions LLC is proud to announce that in close collaboration with the Center for Guardianship Excellence, and the National Guardianship Association, our company will be becoming a licensed and certified provider of legal guardianship in the just a few short months!

As we go through this accreditation process to receive all required legal credentials, we look forward to speaking with anyone who would express any interest in learning more, and plan on sharing information about this at upcoming community events and networking opportunities.

While limited in caseload numbers until the certification process is complete, our company is presently accepting referrals for legal guardianship effective immediately.

We’re extremely excited to extend this additional service to our community, and look forward to a future of serving our locals just as we have since the formation of the company in 2024.

JPT Solutions, LLC will be offering a virtual training on our proprietarily designed SWOT Matrix and Root Cause Analytics programming, and tools, next Friday, 3/14/25, starting at 10:45am.

We anticipate the training to go until about 230pm, and will be fully remote for anyone interested.

We will review the program in detail, complete some interactive excercises, and have plenty of time for discussing and Q&A.

All attending will receive the full suite of analytics tools, which can be adapted to a wide variety of strategic and developmental programming implementation, as well as a certificate of completion from the company for completing the training.

Rates for the workshop are available at both individual and group rates. Will be accepting registrants up until 12pm on Thursday 3/13/25.
