Good afternoon.
As you are nearing the end of this years tax filing deadline, you may have realized that you have to visit and reassess your financial and estate planning status.
A review of your finances may reveal that you do not have proper designations for your financial portfolios and you do not have documents in place to allow for an agent of your choice to take care of you and your finances in the event of an incapacity.
You probably have purchased life insurance, to take care of your family in case of an untimely demise. However, all your assets must correctly designate your heirs.
