The Workforce Center of Will County provides an array of services and connects customers to work-related training and education. Job seekers are provided with the high-quality career services, education and training, and supportive services they need to obtain an in-demand occupation and stay employed. Services are also available to help businesses find skilled workers and access other supports, including education and training for their current workforce. The Workforce Center has employees from:

Whether you’re looking to build new skills, strengthen your job search, explore career options, or connect directly with employers, there’s plenty happening throughout the month — including free workshops, Spotlight Tuesdays, community events, and job fairs!

⭐ Spotlight Tuesday continues every Tuesday from 11 AM–1 PM, with two featured organizations each week ready to discuss job openings, hiring information, benefits, and more.

💼 October also includes the Ability Career Fair on October 22, and a full schedule of workshops at the Workforce Center and JJC City Center Campus.

And remember — our Resource Room is available throughout the month with computers, job search resources, professional résumé assistance, career guidance, private interview rooms, and more.
