🎭✨ Crafting Our Own Story Begins Now! ✨🎭

The M. D. Roberts School of the Arts family officially kicked off the 2026–2027 school year with an inspiring Opening of School Town Hall!

Dr. Turner and Dr. Buddy welcomed our team, introduced new faculty and staff, and challenged us to make this our best year yet.

A special thank you to Dr. MyRon Edmonds for an impactful keynote, reminding us to reflect on the “teacher in the mirror,” prioritize self-care, and remember that our words have the power to shape lives.

As we embrace this year’s theme, “Crafting Your Own Story,” we are ready to create a school year filled with purpose, excellence, and opportunities for every scholar to write their own success story.

We can’t wait to welcome our Roberts scholars back on Monday, August 3. Let’s make this our best chapter yet!
