The Jonesboro Fire Department is proud to announce that the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana (PIAL) has officially released its updated Fire Protection ratings, and the Jonesboro Fire Department has improved from a Class 3 to a Class 2. This achievement marks the first time in the history of the Jonesboro Fire Department that such a rating has been attained and represents a major milestone for both the department and the community it serves.
