A huge thank you to Jonesboro Home Depot for their generous donation of smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms to the Jonesboro Fire Department!

These life-saving devices will be installed in homes throughout our community, helping make Jonesboro families safer and reducing the risk of fire- and carbon monoxide-related tragedies.

Thank you!! Jonesboro Fill the Boot 2026 raised $15,034.64 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association! Once again our community has shown up to support a worthy cause in a big way.

We were especially proud to be joined by Haley Richmond this year. Haley is the granddaughter of a retired JFD Chief and has attended MDA summer camps for years. She is now volunteering at camp herself. Thank you Haley!

Today was a great reminder of why we love serving this community. Members of the Jonesboro Fire Department A Crew and Captain White of the Fire Marshal’s Division had the opportunity to participate in a Hi-5 event at a local elementary school and also spend time hosting senior citizens from our community.

From the youngest students to the generations who helped build this city, we are proud to serve people of all ages. Whether it’s sharing smiles, giving high-fives, or simply spending time together, these moments matter.

Jonesboro is more than the place we work — it’s our home, and we are grateful to be part of such an incredible community. ❤️🚒

Jonesboro Firefighters Local 3718 is at the corner of Red Wolf and Nettleton today. They are collecting money for Muscular Dystrophy Association during their annual Fill The Boot drive. Go out and see them, and throw some spare money at them to help a good cause!!
