Focus, Inc. Focus, Inc. is a non-profit organization in Northeast Arkansas dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities.

As the years passed, we added various services for older children and then for adults. We are governed by a Board of Directors, composed of parents of children with disabilities and disability professionals, and a M

anagement Team led by a Director. Focus presently employs over 200 staff members in Northeast Arkansas. Focus targets individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those who are underserved, either because of the severity of the disability or because of the lack of family and community support. It is our goal to offer services that are capable of facilitating lifestyle changes and that meet primary needs. We also try to ensure that our services support the individual's presense in the family and the community. Focus wants to be an asset to the communities in which we work, to be a responsible employer of community members and to meet real community needs.

Shellie is our August Employee of the Month, and we couldn’t be more proud to recognize her!

Shellie consistently goes above and beyond. She gives so much of herself, often wearing herself out because she genuinely cares about making sure others are taken care of. She is caring, dependable, dedicated, and always willing to step up when she is needed.

💦🍉 We Had a SPLASH-tastic Time! 🍉💦

On July 30, we hosted our Splash Party at Jonesboro’s Parker Park Pool, and it was the perfect way to beat the summer heat! ☀️🏊‍♀️

With watermelon, refreshing drinks, plenty of splashing, and lots of laughter, we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of relaxing, fellowship, and getting to know one another. ❤️

Sometimes the best memories are made when we simply slow down, cool off, and enjoy time together!
