🌿 Step outside, spark curiosity, and bring early learning to life! ☀️

We’re launching two brand-new, stand-alone courses for educators working with children ages 2 ½ to 8. This season, we are taking our inspiration directly from the natural world! 🦋✨

Each course is uniquely designed to fit your schedule and teaching style. You'll attend one live webinar, try out a flexible takeaway activity of your choice, and complete a quick online reflection journal to earn 2.5 hours of PDR credit! 🙌📋

🔍 Part One: Math & Science
Discover the extraordinary connections between math and science in the natural world. We’ll celebrate children’s innate curiosity and consider how nature invites meaningful explorations of pattern and change.
🗓 Webinar Choices: June 9 (6:15-7:45 pm) or June 10 (9:00-10:30am or 3:30-5:00pm)
⏱ Credit Deadline: June 19

📖 Part Two: Literacy & Social Studies
Consider ways that literacy and social studies come to life as children engage with their outdoor world. Going outdoors naturally motivates children to communicate, connect, explore, and find out more!
🗓 Webinar Choices: June 16 (6:15-7:45 pm) or June 17 (9:00-10:30am or 3:30-5:00pm)
⏱ Credit Deadline: June 26

📆June 2 - 3
📍Bentonville

Join early childhood leaders and educators from around the state to deepen our thinking about emergent learning through open-ended materials, authentic resources, and the real world right outside our classroom doors!

We'll explore a bit of Bentonville and launch our own mini-projects while reflecting on our roles as enthusiastic co-learners with children.

We'll leave with a heightened understanding of our actions and interactions that spark curiosity and extend meaningful learning.
