We are thrilled to welcome our new EMT, David, to the Medic One family! 🎉

"I have worked with many different EMS agencies and Medic One has been one of the best opening experiences so far. The team and atmosphere have been overwhelmingly supportive and positive. From my first interview with the Operations Manager and recruiter, I felt welcomed. This company seems to have its patients and employees' best interests front and center. The operational footprint is rather large with several complex systems, but everyone seems to be diligently working to tweak and improve each system for the betterment of service to their patients and support of their employees. Despite the size and scale of this company, I have yet to meet someone that wasn’t quick to offer help when needed, and their kindness was genuine. 🚑 Attention Future EMTs! 🚑
We’re excited to announce the placement exam dates for our upcoming 20 person EMT-B class!
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey towards becoming an EMT, make sure you attend one of the exam sessions at 6007 Dalton Farmer Drive, Jonesboro, AR 72404.

⏱️Exam date and times Thursday August 27th 0900 1100 1300 1500 You’ll have 45 minutes to complete the exam, which will test your reading and basic math skills—no prior medical knowledge required! Remember, no calculators are allowed, but feel free to use the back of the exam for scratch work.
📍 Parking Instructions: Please park on the LEFT side of the building beside the open field, and walk around to the RIGHT side where the education door will be open for entry.
✅All students must be 19 at the start of the class due to insurance purposes. If you successfully pass the test and selection process, our EMT class will begin on September 21, 2026, and run for 16 weeks. Classes will be held every Monday and Thursday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
💲Out-of-pocket costs accepted students need to prepare for: The EMT-Basic Book is priced at $120. Shirts range from $36 to $50 depending on size. Pants are $20, shoes are $30, and both the required stethoscope and BP cuff are $20 each.

🌟 In Memoriam: Jason Eidson 🌟
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Eidson, our friend, and valued member of the Medic One family. Jason dedicated 13 years of his life to our team, leaving a lasting impact on both his colleagues and the patients he served. Starting his journey with us as an EMT, Jason's commitment to excellence and passion for healthcare saw him rise to the role of Paramedic. His leadership and mentorship were felt throughout the field as he guided new hires as a Field Training Officer, Operations Supervisor, and most recently, contributed his expertise within our Education Department.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his wife Heather, their children, his family, and all those who were fortunate enough to know and work alongside Jason.
Jason will be dearly missed but never forgotten. 💙
