Good morning everyone! With the power outage in Jonesboro right now, the library is not open. Our lovely librarian Carol is in if you know what you need, she will grab it for you! But, the library will remain closed until the power is back on. The estimated time is around 2pm.

Board members- we are still on for a meeting tonight at 5:30pm until further notice. Have a great day Jonesboro, stay cool!

Our summer reading program is officially here! This year it's for ALL AGES! Come on in and pre-register, and earn yourself some ocean bucks to spend in our treasure chests!

Our summer reading program is coming up soon. All ages can enter! 📚📖 This year's theme is Oceans of Reading Treasures. Earn some ocean money to buy treasures from our treasure chest! Pre-registration begins May 23 - June 3, with the program starting on June 6th and going all the way to July 29th!

Starting next week, Monday April 11, we are having Easter at the library all week long! Come on in and check out a book or movie, and you get to search for an egg hidden somewhere in the library 🐰 Bring your egg to the front desk to get your prize! One very special egg 🐣 will allow you to pick a prize from our treasure chest! So bring the kids in from 11am to 6pm Monday-Thursday (Friday we are closed) and take part in the fun!

Jonesboro Library is closed February 3, 2022 due to snowy conditions. The library hopes to be open again on Friday' from 11:00 - 6:00p.m.. Please call 677-9080 ahead of time to make sure. Hope to see you soon!
