Crisis applications will continue to be accepted ONLY on each county office’s regularly scheduled Crisis LIHEAP application days.

✅ Regular LIHEAP ends August 31, 2026.

✅ Crisis LIHEAP remains available through September 30, 2026, OR until Crisis funds are depleted, whichever occurs first.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

North East Arkansas Transit (NEAT), operated by Crowley's Ridge Development Council (CRDC), invites community members to attend a public hearing regarding the annual proposed transportation project seeking funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation.

The purpose of this project is to support rural transportation services for residents throughout Northeast Arkansas, serving Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Jackson, Mississippi, Poinsett, St. Francis, and Woodruff counties.

During the hearing, attendees will have the opportunity to provide input on the project's impact as well as share recommendations and comments for consideration.
