Today’s lunch outing to the historic Hale Springs Inn in Rogersville was an absolute treat! Every dish was a true work of art and absolutely delicious from start to finish. After lunch, we enjoyed taking in the beauty and charm of the historic district. Great food, beautiful scenery, and wonderful company made for a perfect day together! 🍽️✨

What a wonderful time our cooking class had this week making an Apple Dutch Baby with homemade ice cream! 🍎🍨 The delicious smells throughout the cooking process had us all starving before it was even finished, and the final results turned out absolutely beautiful! There’s nothing better than great food, friends, and time spent together in the kitchen!

🥾 What a fun group the Red Liner’s are! This morning we headed to Unicoi County to hike our way up to the Beauty Spot. The fog seemed to guide our attention to the beautiful blooms, fresh mountain air, and all the new growth surrounding us along the trail. Sometimes the best views are found in the little details along the way! 🌿☁️

Also, a very happy 84th birthday to Wayne Jones! 🎉 This turned into a special birthday hike, and we were honored to share the time, memories, and experience with him on such a beautiful morning.
