Today, February 23, 2026, at approximately 9:00 a.m., water service will be temporarily shut off to the entire town. We expect the interruption to last approximately 30 minutes to one hour.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Due to high winds, and for the safety of our customers and employees, the Transfer Station will remain closed today 12/18/2026. We will reopen tomorrow, 2/19/2026, for regular business hours.

Attention Cholla Trailer Park Customers: around 9:40am we will be shutting down the park to repair a leak on 1st North Ave

Update 1:30pm- services have been restored.

Update 11:30am- unfortunately, we cannot get the leak controlled, so we will be shutting down PORTER RD at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will reopen for normal hours on Friday, 12/26.

Services have been restored!

Attention Customers: A main water line has been damaged on 3rd North Ave. As a result, we have had to shut off water service to all customers along 3rd North Ave.

At this time we do not have an estimated restoration time, but updates will be provided as information becomes available.

Joseph City Transfer Station will be CLOSED Thursday November 27, 2025 and Friday November 28, 2025 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The Transfer Station will be open for regular business hours on Saturday, November 29th.

The Office will be CLOSED Thursday November 27, 2025. The office will open back up Tuesday December 2nd.

We hope everyone enjoys a fun and safe Thanksgiving holiday.

The Transfer Station and office will be closed tomorrow 11/11/2025 in observance of Veterans Day. We will reopen Wednesday 11/12/2025 for normal hours.

1:20pm Update: water is coming back on. Please know that water will be brown for a little while, we ask that you flush the water through your faucets/hydrants. Thank you.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:

October 20, 2025, we are experiencing an emergency water main break on West Third North Avenue, just west of Porter Road. All customers located west of Hansen Avenue will be affected by this outage.

We are currently waiting on our emergency Blue Stake clearance before excavation can begin. However, we are hopeful that we can begin shutting down the system and starting repairs around 11:00 AM.

At this time, we do not have an estimated time for when water service will be restored, but our crews are standing by and ready to act as soon as it is safe to proceed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. Updates will be provided as they become available.g eiw
