I was born and raised in Atascosa County and have lived here almost all of my life. I grew up in the Poteet-Rossville area and live in Lytle now. I graduated Valedictorian from Poteet High School in 1996. I went on to graduate from UTSA in 2002 and in the top 15% of my class at St. Mary’s Law School in 2008. I am proud to be a public servant and use my legal education and experience to serve my co
mmunity. I have worked my entire legal career serving the legal needs of government entities, counties or cities in the Atascosa and Bexar County area. I previously served as your Assistant Atascosa County Attorney and Assistant District Attorney for the 81st Judicial District serving in Atascosa County. I have 15 years of legal experience in Criminal Law and Criminal Prosecution, Government Law, Employment Law, Litigation, Land Use and Regulation and am skilled at serving as the chief legal advisor for government entities. I love our County and promise to work each day to help make Atascosa County a better and a safer place to live and raise our families. I believe in the responsible growth of our County. I believe in our criminal justice system and want to ensure that justice is served in Atascosa County. I have always and will always faithfully execute my duty as a prosecutor to see that justice is done, not only for crime victims, but also for the safety and well-being of ALL citizens of Atascosa County. I have ALL the qualifications and experience necessary to successfully serve as your County Attorney.
