REGISTRATION-
Starts August 19th at 8:00 AM!
EMAILS THAT ARE SENT IN BEFORE 8:00 AM will not be considered.

Pet's Age
Pet's Weight
Owner's Name
Owner's Home Address
Owner's Phone Number
Owner's Email Address
TO QUALIFY, ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE EMAIL.
Any incomplete emails will be considered null and void.
If you receive a spot in the clinic you will be called no later than the evening of August 28th. If you do not hear back by then, you did not secure a spot.
Please do not send multiple emails.
If/when you receive a call, you will be given instructions on the location and time of the clinic. You will also be given instructions on how to pay via Cash App, Venmo or PayPal!
