The Junction City Public Library will provide high demand materials for all ages, covering a wide spectrum of interests, as well as practical reference materials to meet individual information needs. Recognizing that developing one's knowledge base contributes to life-long learning, thus improving the quality of life, the library will provide resources to enrich this educational experience. The tr

ained library staff will help link people with ideas by making print and electronic tools easily accessible and by offering assistance when needed. Lane County has five municipal libraries and three library districts. Since July 1, 2012, the public libraries in Junction City, Springfield, Creswell, Cottage Grove, Veneta, Florence, Mapleton and Oakridge have developed a system, whereby a library card from a participating library will be honored in the other libraries. Eugene Public Library does not recognize cards from elsewhere.
