REFIT’s newest format, REV+FLOW, is a low-impact, high-intensity workout built to help you move stronger, longer — with use of light hand weights & floor work we combine functional strength, mobility, and intentional movements into one powerful class. Every session is designed to build the kind of strength and resilience that makes real life easier, no matter your age, size, or fitness level.
Please wear comfortable workout attire.

📢 Viking Sal Senior Center in Junction City is looking for volunteers on Fridays from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, but any amount of time goes a long way! Volunteers would assist with meal prep, greeting guests, and general clean up.
