Clearview Brain Injury Center (CBIC) is hiring a Therapeutic Recreation Therapist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals recovering from traumatic and acquired brain injuries.
⏰ Status: Full Time, Exempt
💲 Starting Wage: $31.19/hour

CBIC is a post-acute residential neuro-rehabilitation program that has been serving individuals with brain injuries for more than 30 years. Our interdisciplinary team works together to help residents regain independence, improve quality of life, and successfully transition back into their communities.

As a Therapeutic Recreation Therapist, you’ll help residents build skills, independence, confidence, as well as meaningful social and leisure opportunities through individualized and engaging therapeutic programming.

CBIC’s rehabilitation program offers highly specialized services that provide:
✔️ Individualized treatment plans
✔️ Interdisciplinary rehabilitation approaches
✔️ Intensive therapy services
✔️ Community reintegration support
✔️ Person-centered rehabilitation focused on meaningful life activities

At CBIC, therapeutic recreation is a vital part of helping individuals recover cognitively, emotionally, socially, and physically after brain injury.

🔹 Full-Time PM Positions
• Hours: 10:15 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Starting wage: $17.65/hour
• + $3.00/hour weekend shift differential

🔹 Student Positions
• Starting wage: $16.85/hour
• General hours: Typically between 3:45 PM – 7:00 PM
• Additional hours available on weekends and school breaks
• Must be available every other weekend
• Assigned to a holiday rotation group
• + $3.00/hour weekend shift differential
