Dodge County WIC WIC is a special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children to help keep them healthy

WIC offers nutrition counseling, breastfeeding support, immunizations for children, lead screenings, referrals to other health services and easy to use electronic benefits to purchase healthy food. The supplemental foods include: milk, cheese, eggs, cereal, whole grain foods (100% whole wheat bread, brown rice, soft corn or whole wheat tortillas), peanut butter, canned fish (light tuna or pink sal

mon), dried or canned beans and peas, fruit juice, fruits and vegetables, baby foods and infant formula.

Try this easy roasted veggie pasta! Toss together:
Asparagus
Cherry Tomatoes
Garlic
