If you need a place to cool down, several Cooling Centers are available throughout Dodge County at local libraries and the Health Department during their regular business hours.

Remember to:
💧 Drink plenty of water
🧢 Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing
🏠 Stay indoors or in air-conditioned spaces when possible
👵 Check on older adults, young children, and neighbors who may be more vulnerable to the heat
🚫 Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle

We’ve been getting a lot of calls about our Senior Farmers’ Market Vouchers, and we’re excited to share that our distribution dates have officially been finalized! 🌽🍅🥕

The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) helps eligible older adults stretch their food dollars by providing vouchers to purchase fresh, Wisconsin-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs at participating farmers’ markets and roadside stands.

To qualify, you must:
✔️ Be age 60 or older (Native American individuals age 55+ qualify)
✔️ Live in Dodge County
✔️ Meet income guidelines (at or below 185% of the federal poverty level)

Each eligible participant will receive $25 in vouchers.

Vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at locations throughout Dodge County. If vouchers run out at a location, a waiting list will be created in case additional vouchers become available later.

Can’t attend in person? An Authorized Representative may pick up vouchers for you with a completed Eligibility Agreement Form.

Please note:
📌 Vouchers cannot be mailed
📌 Vouchers must be used by October 31, 2026
