Join us for a day dedicated to empowering our community, dementia caregivers, and individuals living with dementia through education, resources, and support.

This year’s conference will feature:

Every older adult deserves to live with dignity, respect, and safety. Protecting older adults is everyone’s responsibility—families, neighbors, caregivers, and our entire community all play a role in preventing abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Today, we recognize Elder Abuse Awareness Day and reaffirm our commitment to standing up for those who may be vulnerable or at risk.

You may be eligible to join Farm Families Coping with Dementia (FFCD) — a FREE, online 4-week educational series designed specifically for caregivers of individuals living or working on or near farms who are experiencing memory loss or confusion.

Each weekly session (1 hour) covers helpful, practical topics including:
• Dementia Basics
• Farm Safety & Dementia
• Improving Safety with Dementia
• Caregiving & Communication

📅 When: June 23 – July 15
🕙 Session Options: Wednesdays at 10:00 AM or Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
💻 Where: Online via Zoom

💵 Participants may receive up to $50 for completing surveys and providing feedback if eligible after screening.

This social gathering is designed for individuals living with mild memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, or early-stage dementia, along with their care partners.
