Last night was one of those evenings that reminds me exactly why we do what we do.

Seeing so many familiar faces, welcoming back friends we haven’t seen in a while, and sharing our little historic home with the people who make this community so special filled my heart.

Jupiter is an incredible place because of the people who call it home. It’s a community built on kindness, friendship, and a genuine love for one another, and I never take that for granted.

Thank you for continuing to support our family, our historic home, and allowing us to do what we love most bringing people together around a table, creating memories, and sharing unforgettable evenings with this amazing community.

From the bottom of my heart thank you. We are truly blessed, and we can’t wait to welcome you back under the lights again soon.

The Sims House: Located at 322 Center Street, this 1924 structure represents one of Jupiter's earliest adaptive reuse projects, repurposing a historic home into a small restaurant while preserving its original architecture.

Something extraordinary may be coming to The Historic Sims House.

An intimate evening centered around authentic Japanese Wagyu sourced through Palm Beach Meats paired with caviar, hand-selected wines, and champagne within one of Jupiter’s most historic landmarks.

This would be an extremely limited seating experience curated for guests who appreciate rarity, craftsmanship, and unforgettable evenings.

Before we release details publicly, we simply wanted to gauge interest from our members, locals, and regulars.

What began as a mission to preserve local history has become a uniquely Jupiter dining experience—where community, history, and hospitality meet.

At The Historic Sims House, preservation is more than saving a building it’s about honoring the legacy of those who came before us while creating new memories for generations to come.

We are deeply proud to stand as part of Jupiter’s living history and grateful for every guest, friend, and neighbor who continues to support the preservation of this treasured landmark.

Last night, we had the true honor of hosting a Rehearsal Dinner for such an amazing local family here at The Historic Sims House.

There are evenings that go beyond just a gathering and this was one of them.

The love, the energy, the way their family embraced our historic home it’s something that meant more to me and my family than words can fully express. Moments like these are exactly why we do what we do preserving this special place and sharing it with people who truly appreciate it.

To welcome such a wonderful family into our little corner of Jupiter, and to have them celebrate such an important milestone here, is something our town can be proud of.

Nights like last night remind us all just how special this community really is.

Some nights in the courtyard just feel different.
Last night was one of them.

Familiar faces, a few you might recognize and yet, here, everyone is simply a guest who becomes a friend. That’s the quiet magic of this place.

Moments like these stay with me. They remind me why I care so deeply, and why I continue to do what I do.

I’m truly grateful to call the Town of Jupiter home and even more grateful to share it with all of you.
