Wedding week, July 13 to July 17, is quickly approaching. Our hours will look a bit different next week, so please see me this week if you have any special needs. I will be here Monday and Tuesday next week, and Jody will be here Wednesday and Thursday.

We had the great pleasure of hosting DeeDee Fox (aka: Dianna Young Fuchs) at the library on Wednesday morning. We had a great group of kids and adults that enjoyed her stories. She is returning this weekend at Lil' Bit of Everything (805 Main Street, Kadoka) for a book signing from 11:00 to 2:00.

Join us along with Dee Dee Fox (aka Dianna Young) on Wednesday, June 24 @ 10:30 for a reading of her newly released book, Don't Pet the Fluffy Cows. She will be back on Saturday, June 27th of Reunion Weekend for a book signing at Lil' Bit of Everything from 11 to 2.

Which Nancy would you like??? Felt like it was worth a quick picture when there were three Nancys in the library at once. How often does that happen in a town with estimated population of 523???

If you missed us at Feeding SD earlier this morning, Monday, May 18, please swing by the Sports Complex for left overs. There are apples, grapefruit, bakery items, and dry boxes for the taking. Get it before the rain!!!

Don't forget about our little "treasure sale" in the back alley behind the library. That doesn't sound right, but that is where it is!!! Everything is FREE!!! Help yourself to anything you may want or need. Whatever is left will be going to the dump tomorrow afternoon. Donations will be accepted but are not necessary. Out with the old and in with the "different".

The Library will be closed this afternoon, Wednesday, May 13th. Ted and I are headed to Rapid to pick up some shelving that the Rapid City Public Library and their Library Board so graciously donated to our library.
