This past week we graduated 12 teams from our 6 week “classroom to community” therapy dog training course. Look at these proud pups and humans! Special shout outs to Western Michigan University, StoryPoint Oshtemo, Bronson Methodist Hospital, and about two dozen community volunteers who helped give the very best experience to our trainees. We deeply value our partnerships! Be on the lookout for fall class announcements in July or hit us up to be put on our contact list. Classes fill fast these days!

We had the distinct honor of being the service project at this year’s Western Michigan University Professional Support Staff Organization’s (PSSO) annual luncheon. Members were invited to donate to our clinic and wowza, did they! An extra bonus was the 80s theme!😎

Big shout out to Brooke Knottnerus and Goldo, who helped us out this semester in the WMU Department of Occupational Therapy Pediatric Clinic at Unified Clinics! We had a slew of kiddos (and student clinicians) interested in animal assisted therapy. Brooke is graduating today and we’re very proud to have been part of her undergraduate experience! Congrats!!🤎💛🤎
