Behind every incredible memory made at the 2026 Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo is a dedicated army of volunteers working tirelessly to bring it to life! ✨

From early mornings behind the scenes to late nights across the grounds and in the arenas, your energy and dedication made this year truly historic:

• 👏 Behind-the-Scenes Heart: Keeping our grounds running smoothly, welcoming over 82,000 guests this year from around the globe!

• 🐖 Supporting the Sale: Powering a record-breaking $1.246 million Market Livestock Sale to back our local youth!

• 🐎 Arena Energy: Bringing the passion that packed the stands every single night of the PRCA Rodeo!

None of these milestones and countless others would have happened without your hard work, generous spirit, and community pride. As we look ahead to the NWMTFair and Rodeo’s 125th Anniversary in 2027, we simply cannot thank you all enough! 💙🎉

Now that football season is officially here, picture this: 24,000 game-day chicken wings piled right down the 50-yard line. 🍗🏈

That mouthwatering mountain weighs in at 4,800 pounds—the exact weight of roadside litter our Flathead County crews have intercepted along the Highway 93 corridor! 🚛

That is 2.4 tons of debris that could have ended up blowing across our valley. Keeping our roads clean and safe takes a whole team effort, and you are the best defense:
• Cover it completely: Never leave loose cargo open to the wind. 🛡️
• Tarp it down: Use a sturdy, heavy-duty tarp over truck beds and trailers. 🪢
• Strap it tight: Lock everything in place with ratchet straps or bungee cords. 🔒

Before you hit the road to tailgate, head to the landfill, or kick off your weekend adventures, double-check your cargo! Let’s keep Flathead Valley pristine from kickoff to the final whistle. 🏔️✨
