The past failure of our high school levy wasn't entirely due to lack of community support—it was in part due to ballots left unreturned. In 2024, the KPS High School Levy failed by just 1,540 votes, with over 25,000 ballots never returned. Your vote, your neighbor's vote, your parents' vote, and your adult children's vote literally make the difference.

Text everyone in your phone. Personally ask them about their ballots. Call your friends. Explain why it matters that their ballots are turned in with a YES vote.

Questions you cant answer? Send them to One Brave Pack

You've heard it before..."I'm not voting yes because I can't afford any more property tax"

Fact Check: As One Brave Pack shows us, because of more people moving the valley, our county taxes for education have actually DECREASED because there's more people to share the original levy amount from 2007. This means that even if the levy passes, your county property taxes for education will STILL be less than they were five years ago. 🤯

Ballots are arriving! Last spring the high school levy didn’t pass by 1500 votes….EVERY SINGLE VOTE MATTERS!

Let’s get some good news in our lives and get this levy passed. For Kids. For Kalispell.

📣 Your Voice. Their Future. Our Community. 📣

Ballots arrive THIS WEEK, and we’re asking you to VOTE YES by APRIL 30 for the KPS School Levy—for our kids, for our community, and for the future we all share.

By voting YES, you’re not just supporting a number on a ballot, you’re standing up for opportunity, growth, and belief in the power of education to shape a better tomorrow.

Without this levy, funding cuts will continue into next year, and Kalispell Public Schools will be forced to phase out essential programs that directly impact our students’ futures, including:

❌ Agriculture Center & FFA
❌ Athletics & Teams
❌ Trades Education (Welding, Mechanics, Construction)
❌ Internships & Apprenticeships
❌ Work-Based Learning & Business Partnerships
❌ Speech & Debate
❌ The Arts: Theatre, Music, and more

These programs offer real-world experience, career pathways, and personal development-tools that equip our students to thrive long after graduation.

💥 A YES vote is an investment in our students’ potential.
💥 A YES vote is a commitment to community values.
💥 A YES vote leaves a legacy we can be proud of.

🗳️ Watch for your mail-in ballot this week and make your voice heard! All ballots must be mailed by April 30 or hand delivered by May 6 to the county election department, or to GHS or FHS.

Together, let’s stand up for education, for our youth, and for the strength of our community.
☑️ Vote YES!

Don’t let people make excuses. Passing this levy will not make your taxes go up in the way most people assume. In fact, your taxes paid to KPS have actually decreased almost $500 the past few years due to more and more residents sharing the cost of the original levy.

Vote YES. You’ll be saving essential programs, over 100 courses from being cut, 20 full time positions, and PAYING LESS TAXES THAN THE YEAR BEFORE!

We're baaaacccccck!

We still think you should always vote YES for Kalispell Schools and great news...there's a wonderful group of parents, students, business leaders and community members who have started a PAC called the One Brave Pack to help share this message too.

This year's levy is a big one that will change the course of education forever in our valley. Our programs, our students, and our educators are at risk. Like, follow, and engage....they've got buttons, yard signs, door knocking opportunities, phone banks, and a tons of other ways to get involved. And above all else....VOTE YES!

With funding cuts next year, KPS will be forced to reduce and potentially phase out essential programs that shape students’ futures, including:
❌ Agriculture Center & FFA
❌ Athletics & Teams
❌ Trades Education (Welding, Mechanics, Construction)
❌ Foreign Language
❌ Internships & Apprenticeships
❌ Work-Based Learning & Business Partnerships
❌ Speech & Debate
❌ The Arts: Theatre, Music, and more

These programs provide real-world skills, career pathways, and personal growth—losing them means losing opportunities for our students.

Share this post, spread the word, and advocate for our students.

Public school advocates! Need you to raise your voice NOW to oppose this very bad school choice bill:

HB 320 Defunds Public Schools

Please email the committee to vote no!

“This bill gives wealthy families in Montana up to $7,300 per child in state income tax credits, for private school tuition and luxury extracurricular experiences.

It financially incentivizes unenrolling students from public schools. This would drain district funding and risk cuts to programs, staffing, and opportunities for the vast majority of Montana students, who rely on public education.

This legislation benefits high earners while harming our schools and communities. It will ultimately cost taxpayers more to cover the hole these credits would create in the state budget.

Vote NO on HB 320.”

Here are the committee emails, they vote next week:
