The Montana Department of Labor & Industry (DLI) is seeking a Content Manager to join its Communications Team, helping to make online information clear, accurate, accessible, and easy to use. This position reviews, edits, organizes, drafts, and maintains content on DLI websites and works with program staff to help ensure Montanans, businesses, workers, and other customers can find the information and services they need.

Experience working with government services, public information, digital accessibility, web analytics, search-engine optimization, or content governance is helpful but not required. Applicants who are highly motivated self-starters that are able to work independently and with a team are most likely to be successful in this position.
