Members of CPRW-2 volunteered at the Annual Windward Elementary School Fitness Meet. Over 14 elementary schools took part in the competition, which included 50-400m races, push-ups, long jump, sit-ups, and flex arm hang. The CPRW-2 team is proud to continue its community outreach through the Partnership in Education at Kaneohe Elementary school.

On January 22, 2016, CPRW-2 said farewell and celebrated with AFCM (AW/SW) Jeffrey H. Ogata on his retirement after a remarkable 30 years of service. Thank you and your family for all your sacrifice. The CPRW-2 ohana will miss you!

CPRW-2 MWR will be hosting the MCBH Thrift Store bag sale this Saturday, Jan 16. Please feel free to drop off any clothing, shoes, books, household items, etc. by this Friday afternoon.
If you'd like to volunteer at anytime Sat from 0845-1400, please let us know. Family members and civilians age 15 and older can volunteer!

Due to the Holidays, the Staff at CPRW-2 apologize for the late post and congratulations of AWO1(NAC/AW) Preston Scaramazzo from Patrol Squadron 47 as the Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Group Sea Sailor of the Year and AS1(AW) Leonardo Urbieta from Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24 as the Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Group Shore Sailor of the Year for 2015! Fantastic work by two great Sailors from our Ohana! Congratulations!

Today, the CPRW-2 CPO Mess said Farewell to three Warriors for our Wing. LSC Ngo transferring to the USS Carl Vinson, AZC Theaux transferring to the USS Wasp and LSC Satorre retiring after 20 years of Honorable and Dedicated Service! The Wing 2 Ohana will miss you greatly and Fairwinds and Following Seas to all of you and your families.
