🌱 WE’RE GROWING TOGETHER! 🌱

The Bethel Community Garden Academy is growing strong, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going!

This past Saturday, we gathered for Session 2, where participants got hands-on experience transplanting seedlings into larger pots to give them the space and support they need to continue growing strong. 🪴🌿

Now, it’s time for the next step! Join us for Session 3 on Saturday, September 5 at 1:00 PM, as we plant our seedlings in the garden and prepare for a Fall harvest! 🍂🥕🌱

Whether you joined us for Session 1, Session 2, or you’re just getting started, we’d love to have you grow with us!

Yesterday morning, we had the pleasure of welcoming the students back to Kannapolis Middle School!

A new school year brings new opportunities, new challenges, and new goals. We were proud to be there to greet our Eagles with smiles, encouragement, and plenty of positive energy. 💚

The Bethel Enrichment Center, in partnership with the Piedmont Black Nurses Association and Healthy Blue NC, invites you to Fitness Fusion 2026! A day dedicated to wellness, awareness, and building healthier communities together!

As we continue to honor the legacy of Kelsea M. Randolph, we are proud to host the Dr. KMR Memorial Sickle Cell 5K Walk/Run. Building on the meaningful recognition and support shared during last year’s event, we continue to raise awareness, celebrate her impact, and stand alongside individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease. ❤️

🌱 Flashback: Our Bethel Community Garden Academy Kickoff! 🌱

On July 18th, we held our very first session, and it was an amazing time of learning, connecting, and getting our hands in the soil! Participants explored gardening basics, sustainability, and the importance of growing healthy food within our community.

We are so proud of the seeds that were planted that day. Seeds of knowledge, confidence, healthy habits, and stronger community connections. 🌿🥕🍅

As we prepare for our 2nd session on August 8th, we’re excited to build on everything we started and continue growing together!

Congratulations to the 2026 NC CEAL Research Leadership Academy (RLA) Scholars! 🎓🎉

Bethel Enrichment Center celebrates the dedication and accomplishments of this year’s cohort. We recognize the importance of community-engaged research and strong partnerships in creating meaningful, lasting change within our communities.

We applaud all of the 2026 RLA Scholars and look forward to seeing the continued impact of the knowledge and leadership gained through this program!

Today our community gardeners showed up to plant fresh vegetables that will go straight to families in our food pantry.
