Elevated fire danger expected today and Tuesday as gusty southerly winds up to 30 to 40 mph at times combine with a dry air mass. Elevated Fire Danger means that weather and land conditions are favorable for erratic fire spread, if a fire does start.

The combination of low humidity, gusty southwesterly winds, and dry vegetation will lead to Elevated to Critical Fire Danger today, meaning fires could easily get out of control. Therefore, outdoor burning is strongly discouraged today.

Santa and his elves are now heading towards 215th and clover hills then around 214th and y highway area

we have heard Santa is getting close to the firestation. Reports say he'll be heading to lone pine first then making his way to the north end of town then out to lazy y. We will try to update as we get more info.
