This is Home. We're so happy to welcome our first tenants to their new homes through our Johnson County, KS rental properties, fulfilling our mission to connect those in need to safe, stable housing and long term self-sufficiency. We look forward to welcoming more families to their new homes soon! Thank you to Johnson County, KS Government and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for making affordable supported housing a reality for Johnson County families in need through funding from the HOME-American Rescue Plan grant.

During the month of March, our community came together for Munch Madness, our annual Food Campaign focused on fighting food insecurity across the Kansas City metro.

Thanks to support from donors, partners, and advocates, we can strengthen food access for individuals and families in need. This funding will help sustain critical programs, expand outreach, and ensure that more Kansas City neighbors have reliable access to nutritious meals.
