For September Hope and Healing support group we will be standing together to the observe the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims. September 25 on Friday @ 3200 Wayne KCMO 64109 5:00pm to 7:00pm doors will open at 4:30pm please bring a picture of your love one to come and stand with us.

It’s always good to see all the families come out to our Hope and Healing support group every 3rd Thursday. What a time we had we got to share and support the new families that came out.

A week in review KC Mothers in Charge have been partners with Phoenix families for awhile after responding to homicides and providing services to their tenants. In some of the apartments they manage. So we got a chance to attend a few of their Back to school events.
East Hill Village, Friendship Village and Bainbridge where they gave away backpacks, school supplies had food and games for the whole family.

Celebrating the life of Devonte Shockley who was killed at the intersection of Truman Rd. and Cleveland. Devonte is remembered by his family and friends.
