Sleepyhead Beds helps the children in Kansas City
by providing clean, reusable beds and bedding.

Since 2010, Sleepyhead Beds has delivered more than 25,000 donated, gently used beds to Kansas City metro-area children in need of a comfortable place to sleep. That has given Kansas City children more than 3 million nights of restful sleep! These beds are redistributed free of charge to families in need. We are the only organization in the Kansas City who is focused solely on this mission.

💙💚 We had a great time at the Go Green 2026 Environmental Fair! 🌎♻️

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to connect with Sleepyhead Beds and learn more about our mission. We loved sharing how giving gently used mattresses and bedding a second life helps keep items out of landfills while providing local children with a comfortable place to sleep.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that cares about both our planet and its people!
