ReStart S.O.S. S.O.S. hits the streets to engage homeless or at-risk youth to get them connected to community resources

Street Outreach Services (S.O.S) connects homeless and at-risk youth ages 12-25 to community resources such as stable housing, GED/education classes, food stamps, clothing and case management.
