Summer school students had a visit from KC Water Works! Each grades lesson was slightly different. Some learned how water travels into our oceans and how to keep our grass and roads clean so trash does not get into our water systems. One grade level learned about the 3 different kinds of water they work with. They focused on pollution and how trash could end up in the storm drains, creeks, or rivers near us. In general they learned a lot about water and the water we use daily. Thank you, KC Water Works!
