My only child Alonzo Thomas IV was shot and killed on April 5, 2014 and no arrests have been made. I am a Momma on a mission devoted to maintain his legacy, his memory and awareness of his unsolved homicide. My goal is to seek justice for him and other homicide victims and their families. What has happened to my son can happen to you or someone else, by the same individual who is still living life

freely on the streets. I am determined to seek justice for my son’s killer. I have a social media campaign, a reward fund and street-level efforts such as handing out fliers on sidewalks and at high-traffic intersections. I have continued to place the face of my son before Kansas City drivers, shoppers and online surfers in the process to mobilize community action. was organized to help families in the greater Kansas City, Missouri area by providing emotional and community support while seeking legal justice.
