We especially recognize the firefighters from the Kasson Fire Department who answered the call both in uniform and in service to others at home.

Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication will never be forgotten. We are proud to carry on their legacy of service, commitment, and community.

You do not need to be present to win!

All proceeds will go directly toward equipment and supplies that help our firefighters continue to serve the Kasson community. Tickets will be on sale from now until the drawing on Sunday August 9th during family day at the Kasson Fire Department during Festival in the park.

After 25 years of dedicated service, the members of the Kasson Fire Department would like to congratulate Deputy Chief Chris Seljan on his retirement.

Seljan has served our department and community with leadership, commitment, and pride. From emergency calls at all hours to mentoring fellow firefighters and helping shape the future of the department, his impact will be felt for many years to come.

Thank you, Deputy Chief Seljan, for your countless hours of service, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting the Kasson community. Your leadership and steady presence will truly be missed.

The Kasson Fire Department would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Melissa Halvorson, Roberta Pogalz, and the Blaine Halvorson Memorial for putting together such a great event on Sunday.

Please enjoy this message from the family of Retired Fire Chief Denny Head.

"Thank you so much to our Kasson Fire Department for honoring our dad, Denny Head, at his funeral service and with the presentation of the flag on his gravesite. Our dad served his community as a fireman for 25 years. Dad used to tell us we would be in trouble if we followed the sirens to a call. He said we couldn't get in the way of saving lives (we road our bikes and hid behind trees so he wouldn't see us). We're lucky to have had past and present Firemen putting their lives at risk to save the people in our community. Much respect from, Dena (Head) Keefe, Darby (Head) Euler, Dane and Dan Head."❤️🚒🙏
