Today we celebrate the generations of hardworking Americans whose dedication, skill, and perseverance have helped build and strengthen our communities. We especially recognize our seniors, whose decades of work, service, caregiving, and contributions have helped shape the community we enjoy today.

Whether your work happened in an office, a classroom, a factory, a hospital, a home, or countless other places, your contributions matter and your legacy continues.

Mark your calendar for one of our biggest events of the year! The 2026 Senior Health & Wellness Fair is coming Friday, September 18!

Join us for a day dedicated to helping older adults and their families discover resources, ask questions, and connect directly with local organizations and experts. With more than 50 vendors, you’ll find health and wellness information, community resources, services, products, free health screenings, and plenty of opportunities to learn what’s available right here in our community.

Admission is FREE and open to everyone, plus we’ll have raffle prize drawings throughout the day! A plate lunch will also be available for $10 cash.

🎉 BODY BOOGIE NOW HAS TWO CLASS TIMES, STARTING TODAY! 🎉

You asked for more options, and they’re here! Body Boogie now meets at 9:00 AM AND 10:00 AM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Both classes are exactly the same, with the same chair exercise routine, so choose the time that works best for you. You can even switch between times whenever you’d like!

Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your class. Our 10:00 AM participants will enter once the 9:00 AM group has finished and we’ve had a chance to clean and reset the chairs.
